The 6th Grade memory book committee is in high gear and we need your help! We are looking for pictures that we could use in the memory book. Below is a list of images we're looking for.

  • Through the years (Butler events only)
  • Field Day
  • Haunted Gym
  • Where it began, first day at Butler
  • Bear cubs (baby/toddler pictures): Submitters are required to name image file by student's first and last name

When sharing images, please only share Butler events or the specific images listed out. Please upload photos here before the extended deadline of February 17. If prompted for a user name, please copy/paste this: 0yGuklmxZtnlA80Wrv4BbOg

Please note: Due to the volume of photos we receive, not all submitted images will be used. The memory book team works hard to be sure all students are represented.

We hope everyone had a great time "dancing under the City Lights". The dance floor was packed for both sessions. A HUGE thank you to event chairs: Rachel Stasik, Ali Abelson, and Kelly Kauffman. The planning, details, and transformation of the gym and cafeteria was spectacular! Your hard work and dedication to make the event a memorable one for Butler Families is truly appreciated!

Thank you also to our event volunteers and those who donated food/drink for the Ball. We appreciated all of the help with cleanup.

SPRING FAIR PUNCH CARDS ON SALE NOW!

buy punch cards

Pre-Order Punch Cards

50 Punches for $10.00

Event Day Punch Cards

4 punches for $1; 20 punches for $5

Spring Fair Punch Cards (used for all games and inside food) are now on sale through MyPaymentsPlus at a discounted price of 50 punches for $10. You have to select the # of cards you want (from 1-5) before processing payment. If you want to return to purchase more later, you will have to choose a different amount. For example, if you purchased 5 punch cards for your child originally, you can go back to MPP and purchase 1,2,3 or 4 punch cards. These are the settings per child, not per family. Sorry for the confusion - a MPP limitation we recently discovered.

Most games/snacks range between 2 – 8 punches. Punch Cards are required for all games as well as inside food snacks. Please note, punch cards will NOT be sent home prior to the fair. All pre-purchased punch cards will be available to pickup at the Ticket Table at the Fair.

SPRING FAIR BASKETS & FUN JARS

fun jar and basket raffle header

The Spring Fair is blossoming on March 16, and this year the Raffle Baskets are bigger and better than ever. Homeroom coordinators have received emails with reminders and due dates. All Classroom Basket donations are due by February 28. Class and family donated Fun Jars are due by March 11. We would love to have participation from all families so we can continue our tradition of raffling amazing Baskets and Fun Jars at the Spring Fair, which in turn raises money which benefits all of our children at Butler.

BUTLER FAMILY DIRECTORY

directory

Each year, The Butler PTO compiles a voluntary Family Directory. This Family Directory is password protected (password was emailed to parents in the fall), and used only by and for Butler families for personal connection. Teachers are not able to share student contact information, so this is a great resource to get in touch with other parents, plan play dates, etc. The more participation, the easier for all. We published the Directory in the Fall, and will do so again in the next few weeks. If you did not enter your information for this school year, now is the time to do so. If you are not sure, look at the current directory here.

Please enter contact information here for each of your Butler Bears. Information must be added each school year; it does not carry over.  Contact Jennifer Mininger with any questions.

The process is EASY and all done online using the Volunteer Tracker App. Every CB volunteer will need to register, and upload their clearances.
