Good afternoon!!! Just a quick reminder that tomorrow evening at 6:30 we will be meeting in the school auditorium to discuss spring football and prep for the 2023 season! This meeting is for parents of incoming freshman as well as parents of returning players. The athletes are welcome to join as well if they would like to. We look forward to seeing everyone then!

Moving over to QuickBooks to assist with budget creation

Portable Service Day to be scheduled.(excess of stuff to sort and sell)

Welcome Coach P.

• Coach will continue to use sportyou app for communication

Spring Football 2023

• First official practice April 24
• Week of March 27 to start new offense and defense discussions and conditioning (kids involved in other spring sports to join when they can)
• Coach P applied for waiver to begin 7v7 practice
• Spring meeting scheduled for March 29th, will review needed paperwork
• Entry to game = laundry detergent
• May 11 - Green & Black Game, team/family cookout afterwards (donations welcome)
• May 18 - Spring game against Osceola Fundamental HS in St Pete

Fundraising!

Suggestions welcome. Who has connections?

• Golf tournament planned for possibly 1st weekend in August. Location TBD
• Restaurant suggestions for game day food donations for both JV and V games
• Paperwork can be provided to donators to include benefits of their donation (various levels)
• Spirit Nights - approval will be needed by school
• Revtrack fundraiser
• Helmet Shake (hand out game schedules)

Football team to volunteer in community to increase visibility and give back to our supporters. Creating community support and family feel.

• Possible suggestions: East Manatee Bulldog events, UA Flag Football, SMART therapy
• Hang team pictures around town. Team recognition and donator support.

Season Pass Tickets - in addition to seasonal passes, looking into ideas for possible single game sales

Game Day Tickets - looking into single day sales for season pass holder seats

Kick Off Classic - First Fall Game, August 18

Football Camp for elementary and middle schoolers - June 5-8. Please share posted link.
