NEW! The library is now reopened to the public!
Patrons may browse for up to 30 minutes.
A limited number of computers and study chairs will be available for 1 hour sessions.

All library fines and fees resume.
Fines may be paid in-person with cash or check OR online with a credit card. The printer and copier are cash only –
the machine accepting coin or $1 and $5 bills.

Fax services via FaxScan are credit or debit card only.
Contact-free pickups will remain available for patrons wishing to continue using this service.
The Children’s Department continues to offer
contactless pick-up of “Family Book Bags”,
an assortment of books chosen for your family
by Children’s Dept. staff.

1000 Books Before Kindergarten
This is a year-round program
for preschool children.
Please register your child online

You may begin recording books online right away. Parents will need to continue recording books read on the paper log forms in order to claim your prizes
at the library.
Prizes are earned for every 25 books read and a free book may be selected
for every 100 books read!

  • All borrowed items must be returned in a book drop. They are open 24/7.

  • 30 min. in-person book browsing and 1 hour computer use is now available.

  • Wifi will still be available for use in your car in our parking lot.

  • Books may be placed on hold from other open libraries. Our delivery service has resumed.

  • Family Book Bags may still be requested for multiple family members but will be selected by the Children's Department staff. Use the link at the top of this newsletter.

  • All programs except adult and teen book clubs will continue virtually. Crafts to Go and program materials will be available for curbside pick-up.

  • Stay engaged with us on social media (links below) for the latest updates. We have helpful links, activities, and even story times for children.

  • Online resources, such as eLibraryNJ, Hoopla, Libby, and our databases are available for home access 24/7! Directions can be found on our website under the Digital Library & Popular Databases headings.
