Hello Kim,

There's something especially energizing about March on Cape Cod - maybe it's the promise of spring, or the extra hour of evening sunlight we'll gain when the clocks roll forward on Sunday.

Either way, the buzz in our Hyannis and Mashpee spaces has that distinct "shake off winter" energy that makes this time of year so invigorating.

With Women's History Month and International Women's Day coming up on March 8, I'm feeling extra grateful for all the amazing people - of all backgrounds - who make our spaces so vibrant and collaborative.

The Cape's business community is springing to life too! From the upcoming Hyannis Chamber's Business After Hours to CCYP's Shape The Cape Summit - there are so many opportunities to grow and expand your network this season.

As Q1 winds down, it's also the perfect time to reflect and realign. I like to use this transition point to assess what's working, adjust my strategies, and set bold new goals for the months ahead.

I hope you'll join us this month for a quiet morning of focused work, collaborative time with your team or fellow members, or simply to catch up over coffee. I look forward to seeing more of you making the most of our spaces - come say hello next time you're in!

All the best,

Kim Marchand
