Herbal Healing
As I negotiate the twists and turns of the aging process, I often take a deep dive into the field of herbology. Although a perpetual novice in this field, I know that in most cases, my body responds better to herbs than conventional allopathic medicines. I take several different herbs as needed for different purposes, mingled with Medicine Buddha prayers for all beings.
Recently, Tarn broke her wrist while ice skating, and following her cast removal, I massage her affected area with comfrey herb infused in olive oil. All I know is that Tarn finds it helpful.
