In-Person and Online Practice
Sundays and Wednesdays

Join us Sundays from 8 - 9 am and Wednesdays from 7 - 8 pm either in-person at the Center or via Zoom video conferencing for practice and teaching with Michael.

We are studying the 37 Practices of a Bodhisattva during our Wednesday evening practices in-person and online. This is a wonderful exploration of our natural capacity to realize compassion and some of the challenges involved. All are welcome to join at any time. There will be an opportunity to take bodhicitta (bodhisattva) vows this fall.

In the News...

I was interviewed for Central Oregon Daily News, our local CBS and ABC affiliate. The interviewer was Scott Elnes who does a weekly spot called “Little Did I Know.” The segments usually involve history, geology, and other aspects of our area. But he also produces a segment on mental health. He titled this one, “Struggling with Your Thoughts? How Buddhism Can Help Reframe Anxiety.” Scott and I had quite a long discussion but he whittled it down to something very accessible to a wide audience. May it be of benefit.

This is something that happened through the blessings of our lineage and all of you. Were it not for your love and support, this kind of opportunity could not have arisen. Although I was in front of the camera, that is just a minor detail. Much gratitude to you all for helping make the world a better place though your meditation practice and sustaining a place for others to be introduced to the Dharma. Good karma!

Much Love,

We experience joy in forming the intention to be generous.

We experience joy in the actual act of giving something.

And we experience joy in remembering the fact that we have given."
