If you've ever done one of our run training programs, you know you see tremendous results. We help set your goals and fine tune your training to get you to the finish line. More importantly, we have fun, you make great running buds and it becomes so much more than just the run.
Our next quarterly training starts up in April, after the Bridge Run. What you can expect from the program:
Supported, coached Group Runs on Wednesdays at 6:15pm from various locations and new this quarter, Sunday runs from Blue Sky Endurance at Coleman Blvd. at 7:30am.
Each runner will receive:
- A training plan based on their goal race for the quarter.
- Quarterly Pop Up races hosted by Blue Sky.
- Monthly “Chalk Talks” covering important subjects from nutrition and injury prevention to your mental game.
- Quarterly piece of seasonal Blue Sky swag.
Cost = $225 per quarter
