Team Spotlight: Mauricio – Project Manager

Meet Mauricio, a dedicated leader at Presto Painting Services! Married for 17 years this May 17th, Mauricio has known his wife for 21 years, and together, they share a wonderful 12-year-old son and a beloved family dog. In his free time, he enjoys hitting the road in his RV, exploring new places, and making lasting memories with his family.

Mauricio’s journey in the painting industry began 11 years ago as a painter. His hard work and commitment didn’t go unnoticed—thanks to the support of Mr. Silverman, he was given the opportunity to grow within the company. Today, as a project manager, Mauricio takes pride in overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional results.

What he loves most about his role is seeing a space transform and making sure clients and crews are satisfied with the final outcome. With a passion for teamwork and a dedication to excellence, Mauricio plays a key role in Presto Painting’s success.

Team Spotlight: Marco –Assistant Project Manager

Meet Marco, our dedicated Assistant Project Manager at Presto Painting Services! Born and raised in Ocala, Florida, 27-year-old Marco brings a strong work ethic and passion for transformation to our team. With Ecuadorian and Puerto Rican roots, Spanish is his first language—a connection to his heritage that he proudly carries.

Outside of work, Marco enjoys playing golf, especially with his dad, big brother, and uncles. He’s also passionate about competition shooting and fishing. And if you ask him, he’ll proudly say he’s a huge mama’s boy!

Marco joined Presto Painting Services four months ago, drawn to the industry by his love for seeing properties come back to life with fresh paint and restoration. His favorite part of the job? Making clients happy with the final results! We’re thrilled to have Marco on the team, bringing his dedication and enthusiasm to every project.
