Donor Appreciation Reception

On Thursday, April 4 the Kishwaukee College Foundation hosted a Donor Appreciation Reception. Scholarship recipients and donors had an opportunity to interact and engage on a personal level. The event program featured stories from scholarship recipients, College leaders, and scholarship donors who shared the impact of the Foundation and how we work together to build an educated community. Student Thank You

"Words cannot describe how grateful I am for this scholarship. I am so excited to continue being a part of this community and further my education here. I will be majoring in STEM so that I can become a High School Math Teacher. I hope to continue my involvement in organizations here at Kish that help me serve the community. I was very involved in Key Club in high school, and I am still finding ways to serve my community with my peers. I am excited to continue this college experience, and you will be a huge reason I can do that. I would like to thank you again for creating this scholarship and helping me get one step closer to achieving my goals."
