It’s National Nutrition Month®, and we’re encouraging you to eat healthier this March! Start with our new customizable platform, Sifter, where you can create a personalized grocery list tailored to your dietary needs. We’ve already covered the subscription cost, so it’s free for you to use!

National Nutrition Month

March is National Nutrition Month®. This month we encourage you and your family to build healthy nutritional habits! You can start right here with the Sifter app. Sifter is a digital tool designed to help you find foods that match your personal dietary needs and preferences. Start by creating a diet profile (like gluten-free, low-FODMAP, heart-healthy, etc.) for yourself and your family members and then use it to shop at your local grocery store.
