April is here and we are so excited to welcome everyone back after Spring Break. Whether you were traveling, staying local, or simply mixing up your routine, we hope you had a chance to recharge, reset, and maybe even check off a few squares on your Spring Break Bingo card. đ
We loved seeing so many of you try something new, step into different classes, and connect with new faces in the studio. That is what this community is all about. Pushing yourself, supporting each other, and keeping things fresh and fun.

As we move into April, we have so much to look forward to. Donât miss out on First Friday Barre with Bailey. It is the perfect way to kick off the month with great energy and even better vibes. We are also excited to continue our High School Yoga and Kids Yoga classes, because building healthy habits and a love for movement starts early.

Since joining us in June, Kelsey Ulrich has become such a bright light in our community. A recent college grad, sheâs jumped right into studio lifeâshowing up consistently, attending events, and bringing such genuine support and positive energy to GVO. Sheâs quickly approaching her 100-class milestone, which is seriously impressive. Weâve absolutely loved having her in the studio and are so excited to feature her as our April Member Spotlight!

Feel-Good Friday at the Barre
Kick off April with us at our FREE First Friday barre class with Bailey. This upbeat workout is for all levels and is sure to boost your energy and lift your mood. Light weights and bands may be incorporated, and the studio will be comfortably warm. Bring a friend, spouse, or neighbor!
Stick around after class to sip, socialize, and enjoy some well-deserved community time. Letâs move, mingle, and welcome spring together!

Kids Yoga Club
Move âą Create âą Connect
Give your kids an afternoon filled with movement, creativity, and confidence. Our Kids Yoga Club is a 45- minute yoga flow class ending with a stretch and cooldown, snack break and then a different craft each week.
Kids will leave feeling energized and empowered. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, water bottle and a lunch or snack.

High School Athlete Hot Yoga
This class is designed specifically for high school athletes looking to improve flexibility, balance, and recovery. In a warm 85-degree room, weâll guide you through beginner-friendly yoga postures that build strength, enhance mobility, and help prevent injuries. No experience needed. Every level is welcome. Expect a supportive environment focused on stretching tight muscles, improving range of motion, and building mental focus to complement your sport.
