Claire M. Fagin, former chairwoman of the nursing department at Lehman, died at the age of 97. Dr. C. Alicia Georges, professor emerita and former chair of Lehman's Nursing Department says: | "It was because of Claire Fagin that I joined the faculty at Lehman College. Dr. Fagin started the B.S. program that graduated its first class in 1974....Rest in Power.. Job well done. Nursing legend." | | |
