Township offices will be closed for Christmas on Friday, December 23 and Monday, December 26.

We will be open our regular hours on December 27, December 28 and December 29.

Township Hall will be closed for New Year's on Friday, December 30 and Monday, January 2.

Regular hours resume on Tuesday, January 3.

Land Information Access Association (LIAA) is assisting the Township in planning for a more-resilient coastline. The goal of the planning process program is to help citizens, local officials, municipal staff and other stakeholders address land use, new development and infrastructure.

LIAA has drafted a Coastal Zone Management Community Assessment Tool and a Coastal Resiliency Master Plan Chapter. The Township is looking for public comments on these documents.

The documents and a public comment form can be found on the Township's project website. Comments will be taken until December 30, 2022. After the comment period closes, LIAA will evaluate the comments and the documents and issue a final project report. This information will be used by the Township to evaluate the Master Plan, the Zoning Ordinance, the Hazard Mitigation Plan, and other related plans.
