Fire Hydrant Maintenance
Fire hydrants throughout the Township will be flushed beginning the week of October 28. This process will clean out any sediment or minerals that may have settled in the water mains. When the hydrants are flushed, harmless minerals within the water lines may become suspended and can cause stains when washing clothes. Be sure to run your water for a few minutes to clear your pipes.

This important maintenance is done to ensure that water quality is maintained, water mains are all operational and that the fire hydrants are working properly. Thank you for your patience during this process.

Apply for Census Taker jobs
The US Census Bureau is hiring for temporary and part-time jobs. There are a variety of jobs including census takers who visit homes, and office workers who check home addresses, among other jobs. Pay ranges from $13 to $30 an hour.

Getting a complete count of Township residents is important for many reasons, including distribution of federal funds, grants and support, as well as redistricting for State and Federal representation.
