Rocco

Rocco came to us from our friends at PAWSitively S.A.F.E. with an eye condition called post-synechia iris bombe. Though he wasn’t in pain at the time, it could become painful. Plus he couldn’t see out of that eye and likely never would. He was also at higher risk for glaucoma. To keep Rocco comfortable and healthy, our medical team simply removed that pesky eye, and – as resilient and intrepid as can be - he is now happy and pain-free.

And here’s the best part…

Francoise

Francoise also came to us in urgent need of medical care for a painfully bulging eye. He had been scheduled for euthanasia.

Because of you, we welcomed him in and gave him the eye surgery he so desperately needed to survive. Francoise went through surgery like a champ, and after some R&R in a loving foster home… something magical happened.

His foster family fell head over heels for him—and the feeling was mutual! The moment he was medically cleared, they made it official and adopted him.

You made sure Francoise got the care he desperately needed—and a whole new life!
