Hello Friends,

The Presbytery of St. Augustine welcomes you to our May 2, 2023, Hybrid Meeting of the Presbytery. Each meeting of the presbytery is unique and therefore, each hybrid meeting will be unique as well. This meeting is no exception and therefore, we would like to let you know some of the unique adaptations we are making for this meeting at Riverside Presbyterian Church.

  • If you are attending this meeting via Zoom please make sure you read the document concerning Zoom etiquette.
  • Those attending via Zoom will be able to hear all that is going on in the room at Riverside Presbyterian Church. We encourage you to participate in the meeting as you would in person, however, those in the room will not be able to hear those on Zoom. If you have questions, comments or concerns during the meeting, please type them into the chat feature on Zoom and they will be relayed to the meeting.
  • Please note: Time will be allotted for questions, comments and concerns coming from Zoom. We will proceed with caution and care, slowly, so all can be heard or ‘heard’.
  • Please limit anything you write in the comments section on Zoom to strictly comments/questions/concerns pertaining to the meeting. This will avoid confusion from the moderators.

We understand this way of doing a hybrid meeting is new and there will be somewhat of a learning curve for us all. Please be patient with this process as we have full confidence it will work out. If you are uncomfortable with this process or feel it isn’t right for you, please consider attending the meeting in person.

Thank you for your patience, we look forward to seeing you or ‘seeing you’ on May 2.
