Candidates in attendance were: Vanessa AronsonFaith BondyVirginia MaloneyRachel StorchLukas Florczak, and Ben Wetzler. The moderator was Melissa Grace, a longtime Carnegie Hill resident and Senior Vice President at Rubenstein Communications.

No cars are allowed, so the festival becomes a walker's paradise with many other attractions such as street musicians, art-related activities for children, food vendors, and more.
