Applications for Ohio Department of Education's Autism and Jon  Peterson Special Needs Scholarships for the 2019 year are now
being accepted. 

New applications and renewal applications will require proof of  residency document (e.g. utility bill) in addition to the  application forms.


Quarterly reports detailing progress toward goals in December,  January and February have been mailed/hand delivered to
parents and delivered to pediatricians/orthodontists.

State testing required for students 
receiving services via an  Autism or Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship will be  administered during the following time frames:

March 26 - April 27 English Language Arts

April 2 - May 11 Math/Science/Social Studies
