Welcome to the Spring edition of our Newsletter.
It's still really cold outside as I write this, but the sun is shining and the fields in Cornwall are full of daffodils glowing in the light.
It's finally beginning to feel as if winter is over and Spring is here.

Spring is a time of regrowth, renewal and change so the focus of this newsletter is on change.

Change is all around us, as someone said to me recently, the only constant in business at the moment is change - and the pace of that change is continually increasing. 

Designing, implementing and embracing change is the biggest challenge we are facing at the moment so hopefully the articles in this newsletter will stimulate some ideas for you.
