Goodbye Winter
Hello Spring!
|
|
Thank you everyone for your continued support of Project Mobility. We have had a busy winter but that didn't slow us down with raising our goal this year with the number of children we surprised for our Holiday Adaptive Bike Giveaway. Last year we were able to help 3 children...this year 4!
Overall we had a very successful 2017! We supported 26 soldiers rides with wounded veterans. We provided 36 adaptive bike days and in-services with many disability organizations, hospitals and schools across the country. We went to 21 different states and traveled 30,267 miles.
We are proud to say for the year 2017 (and the first few months of 2018) we gave away 14 adaptive bikes to children, adults and a wounded soldiers. This is the most adaptive bikes we have ever been able to give away in one year. THANK YOU!!!
We are looking forward to 2018 and all the exciting things we have in store.
Thanks,
Hal Honeyman
Founder of Project Mobility

SEPTEMBER 2017
Thank you everyone that rode, volunteered, sponsored, and donated for our firth annual Everybody Rides! Big thanks to the local bike clubs that came out for the day and for volunteering! Even in the 95 degree heat it was still a beautiful day and we had a blast raising money for Project Mobility.
We had 15 entries in our annual Facebook contest and raised enough to giveaway three adaptive bicycles! This contest had over 11,000 votes! It reached over 28,000 people and was shared over 4,000 times! That is a whole lot of engagement on Facebook! Congrats to Hugh (winner of the Adaptive Bike Giveaway), Dane and Jeannette!
It is because of your participation and support that we were able to accomplish this big goal, so thank you!!! We also could not have done this without
TerraTrike
and their generosity!
