Spring Has Sprung!
Welcome to the Spring Newsletter.

It's a beautifully sunny day down here in Cornwall as I write this and I hope it's just as warm and sunny where you are.

It's important to reflect (as I said in my video yesterday on linkedin) and I'm reflecting on an incredibly busy and varied start to the year.

Some of the highlights are delivering a programme of Negotiation Training for Plymouth Community Homes, working with Alistair Romei to design and deliver Mental Health Awareness training for Teign Housing, Starting a Coaching programe for IES Ltd and, for me, the absolute highlight which was presenting at the ANLP International Conference last weekend where I was talking to people form all over the world about introducing NLP to sceptical people.

The other major highlight was the launch of our online academy - Evolve Online which will offer short, low cost courses which are content rich, based on short videos and downloadable backup material which you will have unlimited access to once you buy.

Interaction Engineering and NLP


Businesses are basically a bunch of people doing stuff to work towards a common goal.

Interactions take place throughout the business and the effectiveness of these interactions is directly linked to the effectiveness of the business as a whole.

These interactions can be linked to Selling, Buying, Marketing, Leading, Presenting or Recruiting, in fact, they can be linked to every single activity that takes place.
  
 
As the process of doing business gets more and more challenging, the number of those interactions will go up, their importance will increase but it always feels as if the time available for them goes down. A quick meeting, a brief phone call or a couple of emails.
