K-Pop Fitness
New class alert! Join us on the Playground every Thursday from 4:30-5:25pm for K-Pop Fitness, a cardio dance fitness with movements and choreography inspired by K-pop culture. Suitable for all ages, and no dance experience required. Registration and passwords are required for all Playground offerings.

Spring Intramurals
Want to get outside and compete? Our two spring intramurals are a great was to safely connect and compete outdoors with your fellow classmates. IM Sports are FREE for students this spring and include: 
tennis match ups & cornhole tournament Leagues start this week!
Return to Rec
Are you a student, faculty or staff member living in the San Diego area and eager to "Return to Rec"? With our Return to Rec membership (FREE for students) you will get access to outdoor fitness/instructional classes, Outback trips and outdoor facility reservations. See a class with no space? Not to worry, our second session of instructional classes will start on 5/1 and registration will open at 7am on 4/26.

She played volleyball on the Women's Club Volleyball Team and her favorite memory with her team was,"Every minute, but especially when we traveled for Vegas and Nationals!" Financial Wellness
Financial Wellness is one of the eight elements of overall wellness, and lucky for us we have friends over at California Coast Credit Union that will be LIVE today on our site to help answer your financial questions. Ask about topics ranging from budgeting and credit scores to financing a car or even saving for retirement — open to all Tritons every Tues/Wed from 2-4:30pm.

Rec LIVE Wellness Chats are back this Friday! Join Student Fitness Leaders Ria, Rickie, and Angelina every Friday at 12:30pm for a 30-minute chat about your health and wellness. Each week there will be a new topic and our leaders will facilitate conversation and connection. This week's conversation is all about "finding your why". See you there!

Cook with Rec!
Need some new, fun cooking inspiration? Register for one of our many cooking workshops offered this quarter. All workshops are inspired by Mexico with one of our favorite chefs, Carmen! A recipe list will be given prior to each workshop so you can join along and ask questions.
Youth Classes
Have kids at home? Take advantage of our Playground youth offerings. we offer everything from ballet, martial arts, gymnastics and a variety of art workshops that you can sign up for, all for free! You must preregister here to receive access to the Zoom classes.
TEC Cafe
Visit the brand new TEC Cafe (former Peet's coffee, next to RIMAC) and try out their drink of the month for April. Every vanilla cream cold brew is served cold, creamy, rich and delicious! Spring Trivia
Every Wednesday this quarter at 5pm join Rec for a fun, interactive trivia night! Register yourself or a team of up to six people to test your knowledge and win prizes! Gift cards will be given to the top three teams.
