Hello dear readers! This March, Noel and Judy report on their month spent in Texas. Meanwhile back in Wisconsin, Anneliese & Andy woke up to find two inches of snow on the ground this morning.

You may notice some formatting issues with the photos on our blog posts linked in this newsletter. We're not quite sure what happened, but we're working on it.

You may also notice that we're out of stock on a lot of products right now. It's frustrating not to be able to send products to customers right as gardening season is ramping up, but most everything will be ready very soon. Our CobraHead Mini Weeders will be ready to ship by the end of next week, and our broadforks should be ready to go about the same time. For those of you who have pre-ordered, we thank you for your patience!

It's spring! Let's celebrate with spring rolls. Using a variety of fresh vegetables, these crunchy rolls are delicious. Judy shows you how to make the rolls and a peanut sauce to go with them.

Greetings from San Antonio. A trip to the San Antonio Botanical Garden is as close as we got to gardens for the month we were here.

The Texas-themed gardens were very interesting and quite a change from what we're used to in Wisconsin.

Aside from 2 or 3 nice days, March in Wisconsin has been cold and gloomy. The last of the plowed snow piles finally melted, but then the rain turned to snow last night. The landscape has been brown and leafless, but instead of turning green, everything has turned white! Spring here is always two steps forward, one step back.
The daffodils in the photos are a study in contrasts. The picture with the snow was from this morning, March 31, and the picture of the daffodils in full bloom is from April 17, 2021. Despite today's weather, the spring we dream of is so close we can taste it; it will be better soon! The April showers will bring May flowers. Happy Spring Everyone!
