Advancing individual skills into partner dynamics in preparation for the various National Championships this summer. Practices begin March 30th and run through May 27th.
This is an intermediate program, introducing partner dynamics in a less stressful environment than the club training program. SAQ conditioning is included to improve speed & agility. Sessions held in Cedar Park & at the new WAYA sand courts in West Austin!
Designed for beginner athletes, who are just starting volleyball, and want to develop the base skills for future training. After movement in the sand, overall motor skills improve, especially when applied to other sports.
