Spring has Sprung!!!

Message From The Director

Spring seasons are coming to an end and teams will be preparing for WA Cup competition that begins in mid-April. This is an exciting time when this season culminating tournament provides opportunity for players to learn to compete and perform with a little more pressure and purpose. Learning to prepare for big games, navigate any nerves and excitement, and handle the thrill of victory and disappointment of defeat are vital experiences and life lessons for our players.

With this in mind, remember to take advantage of our Mental Skills information. Derrek Falor sends out helpful mental skills messages on Mondays and also holds in-person workshops periodically. This is a unique service for a youth soccer club to provide. Derrek serves as the mental skills coach for both the UW and Seattle University Men's Soccer Programs, and we are lucky to have him.

We will be holding the club Awards Ceremony on Monday, April 28th prior to the start of tryouts. Following this event beginning on April 29th and going through May 9th, we will be holding our club tryouts for the 2025-26 season for U11-U15 teams and all other high school ages. As the landscape of soccer continues to evolve, we are excited to be preparing ourselves to provide more quality experiences for our players.

Good luck to everyone as they finish their seasons and prepare for WA Cup!
