Registration is Open: For everyone's convenience, and to help us plan for the morning reception and lunch, we are asking minister members, commissioners and visitors to register when you receive this email. Please register no later than Tuesday, April 25, (a week before) using this link.


Enjoy Pre-Meeting Fellowship: Come as early as 8:30 a.m. to enjoy light breakfast snacks and fellowship with other meeting participants. This is also a time for last-minute registration.


Lunch Will Be Served! Lunch will be provided by Riverside Presbyterian Church for $15.00 per person. Pay online here or in-person by cash or check.


Will You Need Child Care? Child care will be offered from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Please click here to make a reservation by Tuesday, April 11.


Docket and Display Table Deadline: Please submit display table requests, reports and docket information to the stated clerk by email no later than Tuesday, April 11.

New Commissioner Training: New commissioner orientation will be available before the meeting.


Excuse Requests: Teaching Elders, Certified Christian Educators, Commission Chairs, Coordinating Council Members and Ruling Elder Commissioners who are unable to attend must submit an excuse request to the stated clerk by email or by phone at (270) 202-2004 (cell).
