2025 Spring/Summer Registration Opens

January 31st!

Welcome To Our 74th Year!

Although it's cold and snowy, we're hard at work on our 2025 season with online registration opening on January 31st. We hope you will once again join us at the ballfields in one of Westerville's oldest traditions - the Westerville Youth Baseball & Softball League!

Register Online

Our website is now updated with spring/summer program information for our Tee-Ball (ages 4-6), Softball (7-17) and Baseball (7-18) leagues. We also offer quick and easy registration through our online application! Also, remember to register before March 17th to guarantee your "roster spot" and avoid late fees.

Co-Ed Tee-Ball Leagues

After strong interest last year, this spring we will again have two (2) Co-ed Tee-Ball divisions with the goal of providing a better introduction and progression for four to six year old players:

Tee-Ball I - provides an introduction to the fundamentals of baseball and softball for 4-5 year-old players (as of 4/30/25) who have not played Tee-Ball previously.

Tee-Ball II - is designed for 5-6 year-old players (as of 4/30/25) who have prior Tee-Ball experience and/or some catching/throwing/batting skills.

You can also learn more about these leagues on our website.

No Fee Increases in 2025!

Your Board of Trustees continues to focus on doing what is best - providing maximum opportunity for our community's youth to play ball. In addition to continued scholarship awards for those eligible, we are proud to announce there will be no increase in fees yet again this year.

Umpires Wanted

Do you like watching a game from the best seat in the house? Become a softball/baseball umpire in our 10U and/or 12U leagues! We will train you (and even pay you) to get you started this spring. You must be fifteen (15) years old and dependable! Spring meetings will be held on April 13 and May 4.

Please email Bob Albert (Umpire Director) for more information.

Concession Captains Wanted

The WYBSL operates concession operations at Huber Village and Towers ball field complexes. Each year, we look for "captains" to spearhead these operations including; opening/closing, cooking, serving and cleaning. You're a "mini-restauranteur" at a ball game!

If you're at least 18 years old and want to learn more, please email Stephen Naumann (Concession Director).

Established in 1951, the WYBSL is an independent, non-profit and all volunteer organization dedicated to serving our community's young people.
