2026 Spring/Summer Registration Opens

January 31st!

Welcome To Our 75th Year!

Although it's cold and snowy, we're hard at work on our 2026 season with online registration opening on January 31st. We hope you will once again join us at the ballfields in one of Westerville's oldest traditions - the Westerville Youth Baseball & Softball League!

Register Online

Our website is now updated with spring/summer program information for our Tee-Ball (ages 4-6), Softball (7-17) and Baseball (7-18) leagues. We also offer quick and easy registration through our online application! Also, remember to register before March 23rd to guarantee your "roster spot" and avoid late fees.

75th Anniversary Celebration

We're excited to celebrate 75 incredible years of bringing baseball and softball to the youth of Westerville! We'll be using a special commemorative logo this year as seen here. This milestone will be packed with special events and unforgettable moments, so stay tuned as we roll out the fun all year long!

Dick's Sporting Goods will be hosting a pre-season kickoff event for us, the WYBSL 75th Birthday Bash! Taking place on Sunday May 3rd at Dick's House of Sport at Polaris, the event will include inflatables, food, HitTrax batting cage among other activities. Please look for event details in the near future!

No Fee Increases in 2026!

Your Board of Trustees continues to focus on doing what is best - providing maximum opportunity for our community's youth to play ball. In addition to continued scholarship awards for those eligible, we are proud to announce there will be no increase in fees yet again this year.

Umpires Wanted

Do you like watching a game from the best seat in the house? Become a softball/baseball umpire in our 10U and/or 12U leagues! We will train you (and even pay you) to get you started this spring. You must be fifteen (15) years old and dependable!

Please email Bob Albert (Umpire Director) for more information.

Concession Captains Wanted

The WYBSL operates concession operations at Huber Village and Towers ball field complexes. Each year, we look for "captains" to spearhead these operations including; opening/closing, cooking, serving and cleaning. You're a "mini-restauranteur" at a ball game!

If you're at least 18 years old and want to learn more, please email Stephen Naumann (Concession Director).

Established in 1951, the WYBSL is an independent, non-profit and all volunteer organization dedicated to serving our community's young people.
