Prescription Refill Process Change:
Please be advised that effective May 23, 2022, we will be moving our prescription refill request process to the Patient Portal. If you haven't already done so, click here to set up your portal access now. From within the portal, select "Refill Request" to submit your refill. Please note that we are no longer able to accept refill requests from pharmacies.
Patient Self-Scheduling:
In an effort to make scheduling more convenient, we are pleased to introduce our new Patient Self-Scheduling functionality. From the portal, click "Appointment Request." Then pick your provider and select your appointment details before confirming your appointment. If you do not see the option to self-schedule, please email your therapist directly.
