Adults of all ages, join the Medway Council on Aging and learn the art of meditation. In this 7-week program, taught by Gail Grivois, you will learn how to quiet your mind through instruction and relaxation techniques.Classes start next Wednesday, April 24th and will be held from 4:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.at the Medway Senior Center, 76 Oakland Street. You may have seen moving objects in Minecraft, which uses a combination of command blocks & Redstone. Curious how it works? In this class, we’ll apply the fundamentals of Animation inside the game of Minecraft.
