It's hard to believe that April is already upon us, but that means Spring in the Hamptons is officially in full swing! This time of year is a particularly exciting one on the East End as well as one of my favorites. Events are shifting outdoors again, we're dining al fresco at all our favorite spots, enjoying beach walks sans the winter hats, and the real estate market is busy as ever. Rites of Spring 2023 at LongHouse Reserve
Celebrate this year's Rites of Spring at East Hampton's 16-acre sculpture garden, LongHouse Reserve, on April 8th and 9th. Each year, nearly one million daffodils and bulbs will bloom as a "welcome back" to the community. Guests are also able to explore new works of art and even take part in Monuments, artist Maren Hassinger's site-specific woven branch sculptures.

Presented by the Long Island Comedy Festival, the Hamptons Comedy Festival features the comic talents of Kendra Cunningham, Bryan McKenna, Chris Roach, and Rich Walker (plus, some surprise guests!). The event will take place on April 15th at 8pm.

2023 Spring Docs Equinox
The Hamptons Doc Fest Spring Docs Equinox, co-presented with the Southampton Arts Center, will take place from April 14th-16th, in celebration of Earth Day week. The three-film kick-off celebration will spotlight Invisible Hand, The Grab, and Patrick and the Whale, panel talks, a 'Water Central' information hub, and a welcome reception.

Manhattan Vintage is New York's largest vintage show. It features the largest collection of clothing, jewelry, accessories, and antiques. If you'll be in the City on April 14th-15th, make your way to Metropolitan Pavilion to shop for once-in-a-lifetime pieces.

Little Fish Set to Open on Southold's Kenny's Beach
The former Elbow East spot has been revamped to house Little Fish, a menu with ties to Caribbean, Mediterranean, and coastal Northeastern fare. According to owner Arden Gardell, "Little Fish is a place where you can meet your friends for a drink, to enjoy live music and get an excellent bite of food." The brand-new restaurant is slated to open this month!

Montauk's Gosman's Dock Up for Sale Again
The nine-property, 48,000 square foot, 12-acre portfolio is being listed with a pricing guidance of $45 million. The assets include six retail stores, four restaurants, four staff housing properties, a lobster and fish market, a parking lot, two parcels of vacant land and, of course, Gosman's Dock, a marina and shopping complex spanning 26,000 square feet.

Designer Elie Tahari and his son Jeremy Tahari have officially sold their property at 1 Main Street in East Hampton for $22 million. The building, which is currently occupied by Cartier, is now owned by LVMH's chairman and CEO Bernard Arnault.

Camping...Hamptons style! After its announcement over 10 years ago, the W2 Romotow T8 Caravan is finally becoming a reality. The 30.5-foot trailer caravan features a kitchenette and dining area, bathroom, and bedroom, which can either house two single beds or a double bed.
