New Service: Private Wealth Counsel

This area of law is dedicated to founders, executives, investors, and business owners navigating the intersection of family law and complex business interests. Private Wealth Counsel brings fluency in business, ownership structures, and litigation to draft prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and to represent high-net-worth clients in dissolution proceedings. Equity structures, unrealized interests, and business succession aren't abstract terms to us; they're the assets our clients have spent a lifetime building, and we protect them accordingly.
