Spring is Here!
April 2015
It's officially Spring 2015! Although the weather hasn't yet begun to feel much like it, Spring is here and with it will come a fresh start to the world.  Flowers will bloom, trees will regain their leaves, and things will feel green and new. The same goes for us -- it's a good time to revamp and start anew! Whatever you're working through in your life, whether it's a new relationship or a re-evaluation of your career, know that Carmichael Psychology is here for you.

Participants asked about everything from the healthiest ways to argue with significant others to the use of labels in relationships.

I'm beginning an exciting collaboration with FirstMed, which provides medical services to English speaking patients in Hungary. I will be interviewed about anxiety management techniques in their upcoming newsletter and will have the chance to provide FirstMed patients with access to my anxiety webinar.

In addition to the upcoming FirstMed interview, I was also interviewed by Ellen Margaret Adele Brait, a student at Columbia Graduate School of Journalism, for a piece on Project UROK, a nonprofit that helps teens struggling with mental health issues. Combining two of my passions, yoga and psychology, you can now  have an opportunity to learn more about the Yoga + Emotion workshop that allowed for the exploration of the body-mind connection in an experiential as well as discussion-based format.
