Quick recap on our local market: Single family home sales for March were 383, up by 72 from February. Median selling prices were up in most towns although down in Greenwich. Time to sell a home remained consistent for most towns. Sales above $2.0 million accounted for about 15% of the total sales which is down from last month. Sales below $1.0 million were at 61%, which is up from last month by about 6%.
