Carver Center is happy to announce the following additions to our staff.

JASON BARRERA, Lead/Youth Employment Program Jason will manage all logistics for our Youth Employment program. He will supervise all activities for our participants and work with our community partners employing our teens.

SHEILLY AGUILAR, Youth & Young Adults Program Manager Sheilly will provide overall management of the Teen Center. She will actively recruit and retain youth participants to ensure diverse and inclusive representation.

BRENDA SAGASTUME, Case Aide Brenda will work with Daisy Garcia, our Case Manager, to coordinate services and ensure the delivery of comprehensive supports to our clients in Carver’s Case Management program.

GO FOR THE TOUCHDOWN!

We are excited to announce a new activity added to our Teen Program this Spring.

The 4-week Flag Football program is open to 9th - 12th graders from April 25 - May 16.

Fridays/ 4:00pm - 5:00pm/ Garibaldi Park.

Each player will receive a football, jersey, and a flag!

CARVER SENIORS SUCCESS

We’re thrilled to share that 45 of our high school seniors have already been accepted to college — and the list keeps growing!



Our students have been accepted to incredible schools, including: Fordham University, SUNY Stony Brook, Iona University, East Carolina University, Rhode Island College, University of Connecticut, SUNY Westchester Community College, and many more!

We’re so proud of their hard work and excited to see what’s next for the Class of 2025!
