The City of Laguna Beach Community Services Department provides creative programs and diverse services to promote an active lifestyle, enhance the quality of life, and build a sense of community for residents and visitors of all ages.

Registration opens on Monday, March 4 for spring programs AND for children's summer camps. There are plenty of fun new activities starting this month, and classes often fill up quickly so be sure to register early to reserve your space!
Youth Track Meet
The City of Laguna Beach Community Track Meet will take place at Laguna Beach High School on Friday, March 29, 2019 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.

This meet is open to boys and girls who reside or attend school within the Laguna Beach Unified School District boundaries and who were born in or after the year 2004. All divisions of competition are determined by age bracket. Participants may enter a maximum of three (3) events.

Qualifying finishers will be eligible to participate in the SCMAF county-wide track meet in May.
Junior Lifeguards
Registration for the 2019 JG program is now open to Laguna Beach residents and non-residents. Returning JGs and candidates who have successfully completed a swim test this year are welcome to register.

The next qualifying swim tests for the 2019 JG program are scheduled for Fridays March 8, 15 & 29 from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays March 9, 16 & 30 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. at the Community Pool, located at 670 Park Avenue.

Not sure if your child is ready for the swim test? Join us for Junior Guard Clinics on Saturday mornings. This month, clinics will be held March 16, 23 & 30 at 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

If we have this information, we can send text message to you on occasion regarding weather related or last minute cancellations and crucial updates. You'll never miss an update from your instructor again! To add the new information, log in to your account , click on the "Account" tab and use the pencil next to each account holder to add your cell phone carrier.
