SPRING JUBILEE CELEBRATES 40 YEARS!

HISTORIC PENDLETON SPRING JUBILEE ARTS & CRAFTS FESTIVAL 
IS ONLY FOUR WEEKS WAY!



Lake Hartwell Country's Historic Pendleton Spring Jubilee has once again received the "Southeast Tourism Society's Top 20 Events in the Southeast Award"! Many thanks to our sponsors, vendors, patrons and volunteers for helping make this award possible.  
The 40 th Annual Historic Pendleton Spring Jubilee  will celebrate its 40 th  Anniversary with nearly 100  juried fine art & craft vendors from across the country on April 1- 2, 20 17.  This year we will celebrate the arrival of our artists with a concert on the Village Green.  Make your plans now to come to Pendleton on Friday night for this first of its kind FREE concert.  Restaurants, wine bars and pubs around the Green (aka "The Square") are being invited to offer a special "Jubilee" item on their menus to add to the fun.


  


                
Beginning Saturday at 9:45 a.m. the Bagpipe Procession will usher in entertainment and artists booths opening at 10:00 a.m.  As always, there will be lots of delicious food items available. Exciting entertainm ent sponsored by Tri-County Te chnical College will include "Mac Arnold & Plate Full of Blues" and "The Flash backs," plus many more. The kids can enjoy fun and creative activities sponsored by AnMed Health, a nd a select number of local Non-Profits will be on hand to share their missions.This family-friendly festival is open to the public with free admission a nd free shuttle service provided by Clemson Area Transit (CatBus). Wheth er this is your 40 th or 1 st visit to Spring Jubilee, plan to join us in creating special memories at this year's 40 th celebration. We're planning some surprises that we think you and your family will enjoy.
 
NEW THIS YEAR!.........  
At 7 pm Friday, March 31 st, "Soulution" will kick off the weekend with live music on the Village Green (Town Square) so be sure to mark your calendar.

8TH ANNUAL CITY OF SENECA
HALF MARATHON & 5K

Shaver Recreation Complex will be the hub for Seneca's 8th Annual Half Marathon and 5K.  Prizes range from $200 to $500. Start time is 8:15, but registration opens at 6:30 a.m.  Pre-registration is advised.
