Stoney Hollow Farm
Stoney Hollow Farm is a family owned and operated fruit and vegetable farm located here in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina in Robbinsville.
They grow a variety of non-GMO, organically raised fruits and vegetables. We proudly use these greens and vegetables daily in the Tavern.

Carolina Mountain Trout is known for their rainbow trout that are grown in the clean, pure waters of the western North Carolina mountains. Located in Andrews, North Carolina they provide us with fresh, local trout served daily in the Tavern.

Annie's Bakery
Annie's Bakery is a local Asheville, NC bakery that crafts high quality artisan bread the old-world way with a long fermentation process that takes 48-72 hours. The process reaks down the gluten proteins making Annie's bread easier to digest. Their breads are free from preservatives and additives. Served daily in the Tapoco Tavern.
