Staff changes at the ICC

Carrie Mcgee, now the former Director of Whole Children, Milestones and Whole Selves, recently announced a new leadership team. Carrie is now the Vice President of Family Services at Pathlight where she will stay for a few months before going on sabbatical to study full time. We have some familiar faces with new roles at the ICC! Get to know Chris and Jenna a little better!

Chris Harper

Director of Whole Children, Milestones and Whole Selves

Chris (she/her) has been a part of the Whole Children + Milestones community since 2010. Originally from New Jersey, she decided to stick around the Pioneer Valley after graduating from UMass in 2009. When she's not playing the drums at the ICC for The Friendship Band, she can be found in her garden or taking hikes with her dog.

Jenna Perna-Elias

Milestones Day Program Manager

Jenna (she/they) has worked as a Milestones teacher since 2017. They've served as a member of Pathlight’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee, a lead teacher, and a key member of the Whole Selves creative team. Jenna is originally from the Philadelphia area. She spends her free time in nature, traveling, reading, cooking, and cuddling with her puppy and cat.

What are students saying about the new leadership?

"Changes are scary, but it will be good!" -Dan M.

"I love the announcement! Jenna worked her butt off, and Chris is one of my heroes. They inspire me." -Maxx A.
