Prior Authorization's are now required! We understand that the desire for all is to accurately treat and test patients' that are experiencing discomfort of the common cold or GI issues. The practice of PCR testing for certain CPT codes is not a recommended evaluation tool for outpatient visits. Pre-Authorizations for any PCR testing outside of Group A Streptococcal Throat and Influenza A/B will be necessary. Click for More Information
