Director of Programs, Pepper Dee
Pepper has also been with VRFSC since February 2022. Pepper holds a B.A. from Amherst College and a M.A. in Education from the University of Colorado-Denver. Pepper brings a diverse range of skills to the council, including experience as a public-school teacher, mountain guide, and community organizer. Pepper has a passion for empowering communities to effect positive change, and appreciates the balance between conservation and sustainability. In this new position, Pepper will play a major role in overseeing and managing programmatic staff, developing and implementing projects, grant management, and much more!
