Safely Home!

Congratulations to Stephanie and her family on moving into their own home! At such a crucial time when families want to feel safe and protect their loved ones, a special place such as home provides that essential comfort.
We are grateful for the partnerships we have with Morris County landlords that make it possible to house families even during a health crisis, and for our partnerships with all of you whose support helps us to continue to serve those in need regardless of the recent challenges!
Delivering Joy, Care and Goods!

What better way to lift someone's spirits during so much isolation than to bring essential needs such as food, toiletries, diapers, school supplies and even Easter surprises!

Family Promise staff made their masked and gloved way around Morris County this month bringing much-needed food and supplies to the families we serve. During our no-contact drop-off of goods, we encountered many excited faces in windows, waves of appreciation and reports and pictures of happy family members.
Thank you to the Interfaith Food Pantry , Morris Plains, for providing groceries to many of our families!
Our Doors are Open!

Family Promise's drop-in center, Our Promise , continues to support the most vulnerable individuals and families in our community. Many of our neighbors who are without a home utilize Our Promise as an address to receive mail. Christina Pilkington, Resource Navigator and Single Stop Lead Benefits Enroller, safely distributes mail outdoors to Our Promise guests.

Our Promise staff is available by phone Monday through Friday, 1:00-5:00 pm, and can be reached at 973-644-0100.

Rotary Club of Lake Hopatcong Offers Support!

Thank you to the Rotary Club of Lake Hopatcong and to Rotary District 7475 for your financial support and for going out of your way to meet during these uncertain times to help our neighbors in need!

Your extra efforts and thoughtfulness is tremendously appreciated!
Thank You to Our Easter Donors!

Many thanks to our friends at Crum & Forster Insurance Company for donating dozens of Easter bags to the children in our Emergency Shelter and Community Support Programs! Your Easter goodies brought smiles to many young faces and to moms and dads as well. Crum & Forster also provided delicious gourmet Easter dinners to our Emergency Shelter families to help make the occasion a true celebration!
A huge thank you also to our partners from the Easter Basket Drive of New Jersey for donating almost 100 Easter baskets to the families we serve!

The bags and baskets of joy brought reassurance to our families in need that our community is thinking of them, caring for them, and supporting them even in these precarious times.
Project Readiness Jumps in to Help Students!

Thank you to Project Readiness for providing an abundance of school supplies and several Chromebooks for students in need.

Enthusiasm is boosted and stress is greatly reduced when students have adequate supplies and online access to school from home!
Family Promise Video Debut!

We are so excited to debut an original song composed and performed by Jay Everett for Family Promise!

What a super fun song and great way to spread enthusiasm for supporting individuals and families in crisis from Morris County!

Thank you, Jay, for your fun support and work on such a meaningful song!
