The West Baton Rouge Museum and the West Baton Rouge Parish Library are joining forces to host their annual Easter Egg-stravaganza on Sunday, March 24 from 2:00-3:30pm. This old-fashioned celebration of spring will be held on the grounds of the West Baton Rouge Museum and is FREE and open to the public. There will be live music, crafts, games, and Easter egg hunts for all ages. Guests will also be able to visit and play with animals from Cajun Cuties Mobile Petting Zoo. There will even be an appearance from a special guest and our favorite friend, the Easter Bunny!

Kite Fest!

Mark your calendars! Kite Fest is coming up April 27-28! Great family fun is always on tap at the annual Kite Fest Louisiane', where the skies are filled with kites of all sizes and shapes. A kite-making workshop and kite designing are just some of the activities for children. Bring the entire family, some lawn chairs and enjoy a day of kite flying, Louisiana food booths and indoor flying performed by indoor flying champions.
