Squash helps build incredible athleticism and fitness...

Those of us who have played squash can attest to the fact that it's an incredible workout; in fact, it's even been called one of the world's healthiest sports.  But introducing new players, and women in particular, to the game is often a challenge.
Terminal City Club Head Pro Barry Gifford sent in this fantastic article from a top female PSA player explaining some basic rules, and the incredible athleticism and fitness squash helps build.

Have a read, and with Women's Squash Week now underway please share with any ladies you think might like to learn a bit more about what squash is all about and the amazing fitness benefits it offers.

Women's Squash Week 2018 begins!

From Richmond to Revelstoke Squash BC's member clubs are promoting the game of squash to women who are looking for a sport that is both a great way to get / stay fit and has a strong social component.

Squash is a sport that benefits all ages and types of players and this particular week we want to celebrate women and girls.

More than 18 clubs around the province are participating this year. Check your local establishment to find out what they are doing.
