Labor Day has come and gone but does that mean Summer travel has to end?
We say heck no!
So while the kids grab their book bags, grab your wine glass and book a weekend in Santa Barbara.
It's been the backdrop of many films on the silver screen, boasting an awe-inspiring natural beauty, along with surfing, sea kayaking, mountain biking, hiking and our personal favorite, wine.
(Though, unlike one of the more memorable films about Santa Barbara...we really would recommend you give that Merlot a whirl).
With beautiful mountainside vineyards touched by the Pacific sea breeze that call out for a taste of the good life, some R&R and a picnic in the vineyard, and beautiful regions to discover (how can you NOT go to a place called Happy Canyon?)...it's a call you MUST answer.

Our Tasting Room is located on our Santa Rita Hills property, Drum Canyon Vineyard. Set towards the back of the property on Drum Canyon Road, our tasting Room offers a wine flight featuring both the Dierberg and Star Lane wines for $20 daily. This tasting showcases the incredible diversity of our three Estate vineyards located in Santa Barbara County. The unique climates of each of the three vineyards allow us to produce: Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, and Syrah.

One of the oldest, and most sought after, vineyards in the Sta Rita Hills. Given our limited production, and remaining inventory, the opportunity to visit, taste, and enjoy will not be available for long. The vineyard has been leased to another producer, and production of Estate wine has ceased, so inventory on-hand (about 2-3 years worth), will determine for how much longer the experience of visiting Clos Pepe will be available. Come visit while you can and take advance of the disc golf course on site!
