This information, along with early dismissals, is posted on the  school web site, Facebook and  Twitter as soon as possible. You may also call the school at 717-637-5969 and the recording will notify you of a delay or closure. WGAL is notified immediately upon the decision to delay or close. In addition to the WGAL T.V. channel, closures and delays are posted on the WGAL website .

For early dismissals: Early dismissals are posted immediately on the  websiteFacebook, and  Twitter as we receive the calls from each school district. WGAL also posts school district dismissals on their  website

Remember: Phone calls from parents will not be accepted for dismissal requests. The phone lines are needed to receive information from the school districts. No emails and no phone calls will be accepted. Notes must be turned in before homeroom, on the day they are to be applied. You may not submit one note for the duration of the school year. SportsLeader Virtue of the Week
One pillar of the SportsLeader program is a weekly virtue that we incorporate into our athletic practices and throughout our school community. Every week, we will share them here to encourage the students to take the virtue into their homes as well!

This week our virtue theme is FAITHFUL - the strength to be steadfast in one's commitments and promises. Being faithful is a wonderful virtue, because it enables us to be true to what matters most in life even when we may not feel like it. For us to really get the most out of life, we need to be faithful to our teams, to our relationships, and to ourselves. This week, be faithful to a friend or family member. Keep your promises and do the things you said you would, thus showing that being faithful is a top priority for you.
