It has been quite a week for our seniors! On Friday, we treated the seniors and faculty members to a Food Truck Friday. Boneyard Barbeque, Shorty's Funnel Cakes and Rita's Water Ice served up some delicious food and seniors were able to hang out and enjoy some downtime with their classmates and teachers. The students were wonderful and appreciative and the rain held off until we were finished. Tuesday was the last day of classes for seniors. Graduation items and tickets were distributed during lunch on Tuesday. Parents should have received the graduation directives reminder via email this week.

We are bursting with pride as we get ready to send these students out of our doors and into the next phase of their lives. They have truly had a unique high school experience, and one that we hope has left them stronger, more resilient and ready to tackle any future challenges. We have been highlighting the seniors and their post graduation plans on the school's social media sites, so take a moment to check out the exciting plans these students have for their futures.

With just two short weeks of school left for our underclassmen, I would like to leave you with a prayer of perseverance that you can share with your students as they prepare for their final exams.

Lord, help me to remember that You are my defender and that no matter what comes my way that You are by my side. I know that all things work for my good and Your glory, so I ask that you would help me to persevere in joy and hope. Lift my countenance by the truth of who You are. You love me.
 May God Bless You,

Attention Seniors: Get Connected to Your Campus' MInistry
As part of a Catholic high school, it is our hope that graduating students have gained a greater appreciation of and involvement in their faith, which has the potential to grow and strengthen in their college years. The College Connection program aims to help senior students transition to college by putting them in touch with the Campus Ministry of the college before they begin the school year. The process is simple. Complete THIS FORM and submit it and Mrs. Phenicie will then send the information to the College Connection supervisors, who will get in touch with the college’s Campus Ministry. This program has been proven very helpful in many other dioceses around the country and we look forward to you finding help through it as well!
