Overview:
• Strategic IT Leadership: Proven track record as CTO/Managing Director, leading 135+ globally distributed professionals across infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, data engineering, and security — driving end-to-end global IT operations across 50+ offices, 5 data centers, and 300 applications.
• Cross-Functional Program Execution: Deep experience in working with C-level stakeholders and line-of-business leaders to design and deliver high-impact programs — including cloud migrations, risk & compliance initiatives, and M&A integrations.
• Infrastructure & Operations Excellence: Built and optimized enterprise infrastructure in hybrid/multi-cloud environments, implemented virtualized global data centers (Azure APAC), and architected secure, scalable, high-performance networks.
• Cybersecurity & Governance: Led NIST-based audit uplift from 1.5 to 3.0+, implemented ransomware protection, and governed compliance programs (GDPR, EU regs, MAS TRM, HIPAA).
