* A Lead Consultant/ Sr Test Manager in testing with expertise of setting up TCOE
* Should have worked in QA organization to define and implement the QA Roadmap
* Should have experience in QA maturity assessment and setting up QA framework
* Must have worked extensively with testing team to set up test automation framework, tool evaluation and making enterprise QA test strategy
* Have a strong customer focus and communication skills
* Worked on an Agile methodology
