Sri Satyanarayana Swamy Outer MahaSikharam FundRaising and Construction Update
With the kind support of devotees, we had completed the construction of Inner Sikharams and conducted Kumbabhishekam with installation of kalasams in February 2016.
Another major development for VEDA was the purchase of adjacent building in March 2016, which was possible only with your generous contributions.
While the above developments were in progress, as you might be aware, VEDA took up the much awaited task of constructing Sri Satyanarayana Swamy Outer MahaSikharam with a total height of 36ft from floor and going 16ft above the temple roof.
During the last two years, VEDA team was working with our Architects and City of Milpitas to get the Architectural Planning approvals.
Finally in April 2016, City of Milpitas Planning Department had
approved our Outer MahaSikharam design
along with peripheral design changes to the building to make it look as a complete Indian temple.
As a next step, we had submitted structural design drawings for the 24ft Sikharam above the current Garbha Gudi to the City of Milpitas Building Permit Department for issuing a building construction permit.
Anticipating the construction permit within 2 months, we have initiated the fund raising program for the construction of Outer Maha Sikharam.
MahaSikhara Nirmaana Aarambha Puja is

We request all devotees to join in completing an another milestone.
